| Web-Based Preflight |
Web-based preflight is a web-to-print module that checks your customers artwork files upon upload and dynamically displays a version of the artwork with a dynamically generated proof for approval or rejection.
The Web-based preflight module also provides specific file type checks directly upon upload, such as: dimensions, type, size and resolution.
This web-to-print module is included on all of our plans.

Web-based preflight is best used with shops that want to have their customers upload and check their artwork before it is submitted with their order.
Generally regarded as a standard need, web-based preflight is an excellent first step for a provider; better than a simple file upload.
The only disadvantage of this module, is that even if a customer file passes the preflight checks, it does not guarantee that the artwork is best suited for the press. To enable a system where a provider can send adjsuted artwork back to a user for their review of corrections or changes, the Digital Proofing tool is best.

| Web-To-Print Template Personalization |
Template Personalization is a powerful feature that allows print providers to upload and classify a .psd artork template and associate it with a company and contact and/or general product category. The template file is then available within the system for either the private use of the associated contact and/or public use if associated with a product category.

Web-To-Print Template Personalization is most effective when digital assets or branded assets are needed for a given client.
The web form for the customer is dynamically generated. What this means is that the customer placing the order is given a visual representation of the artwork and form fields for their personal data. This ensures that only variable data is entered, previewed and submitted.

| Web-To-Print Full Online Design |
Online Design is a very powerful and flexible module that essentially provides the customer with an online mechanism or canvas whereby they can edit and manipulate .psd templates in real-time. The technology is based upon standard Adobe formats, and the online interface itself is geared to represent a Photoshop-like canvas, where the user can add layers, manage existing layers, adjust copy, fonts and colors and most importantly add image layers which might include a logo, photo or other imagery saved in the customers online asset library. |
Online Design is most commonly utilized with firms that have a large variety of publicly available template designs that they would like to enable for customers to search, select, adjust and submit. Online Design tools are also very effective in a photo application, where customers can utilize a selected background design and upload their photos, approve and submit for print. |
